prime location diverse dining substantial breakfast
i found the location really good. it allowed easy access to key attractions and diverse dining options. the hotel provided a substantial breakfast with many choices (especially the fresh fruit!).
i found the lack of readily available information about parking a small inconvenience. i had to ask multiple times to understand the process.

Good Central Stay
large room corner balconies great breeze pedestrian mall
I found a large room with two narrow balconies at the hotel corner. Opening both doors provided a great breeze. There was a bath that I used. The location allowed easy walking everywhere because of a pedestrian mall.
The staff at the front desk lacked name tags. A tall guy seemed rude during my check-in. I noticed similar complaints about the staff. It appears management accepts this bad behavior.

Breakfast featured various delicious options. I ate there one morning, and I thought that the offerings include many local foods. There was a chef that prepares everything just in time at request.

The room included two narrow balconies at the building corner. The bathroom had all the necessary equipment. I appreciated the large space and the cleanliness. Everything there was perfect.

The hotel is in the center nearby many attractions. I liked how close it was to a pedestrian zone, so I could walk. There are metro stations nearby too. I did not use it.

great breakfast cozy spot friendly staff
the breakfast had many options and it was a great start to the day! the bar was a cosy spot and i debriefed the day there each evening. the staff were friendly so that was a real bonus!
The hotel seems to be living on past reputation. I missed some amenities.

central location elegant style helpful staff
The hotel location is GREAT!!! It sits right in the middle of the walking street, surrounded by shops. The room features an elegant style I love. Staff members are helpful. They changed my aunt's room to one with easy access from the lift after finding she hurt her knees. She could not walk up the stairs.
The hotel lacks shampoo and conditioner. There was only very dilute shower gel.
